Job Description

Ettie Lee Youth & Family Services has served the complex needs of at-risk youth with emotional and behavioral problems and their families throughout Southern California for nearly 70 years. Currently, Ettie Lee is seeking an Data Entry Specialist for its Headquarters location in Baldwin Park.
The Position:
The Data Entry Specialist will work directly with the Human Resources and Accounting departments to support the Agency's staff in an effort to make a difference in the lives of youth, families and the community we serve. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Act as first point of contact for STRTP client issues; assist in problem solving to address inquires and concerns. It's important that the person in the role has an upbeat, can-do attitude that can make all feel welcomed. Must have the following qualifications:
A High School diploma Minimum one year paid experience working in an office environment Minimum one year experience/understanding of basic IT issues/requests Knowledge of basic office procedures and practices. Basic understanding of Excel, Word, Access, Office Must possess a valid California driver license and have a driving record acceptable to the Agency's insurance carrier.
Requirements:
Must be able to pass criminal/fingerprinting background check, TB Test, physical exam and drug test Must have a valid California Driver's License, a minimum of 3 years of driving experience and a DMV record acceptable to the agency's insurance carrier Must be 21 years or older
Hours and Shifts:
M-F:
8:00am - 4:30pm; after hours work may be required as the Agency dictates.
