This role serves as the first point of contact for IT issues and works closely with IT Manager to ensure systems, equipment, and technology operate effectively. We are looking for someone who is reliable, solutions-oriented, detail-focused, and eager to learn. This position offers an excellent opportunity to provide hands-on IT support while developing skills through participation in larger technology projects. Responsibilities Provide technical support for computers, mobile devices, printers, software, and other IT equipment. Manage and prioritize help desk requests and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner. Set up computers, accounts, software, and equipment for new hires. Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other systems. Maintain and troubleshoot VoIP phones, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity. Perform routine maintenance, updates, and security checks. Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and software license records. Assist with IT projects, system improvements, and process development. Escalate complex issues and collaborate with the Head of IT as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Two or more years of IT support or help desk experience. Proficiency with Windows and macOS. Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Familiarity with help desk/ticketing systems. Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi. Strong communication, customer service, organization, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications. Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, VoIP, or network troubleshooting.
