Perform system troubleshooting and technical support across various operating systems including Linux, Windows, and Oracle environments. Monitor system performance using IT monitoring tools; analyze metrics to proactively identify issues and optimize performance. Collaborate with project teams employing Agile methodologies to deliver projects efficiently while adhering to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices. Develop scripts in Python, Java, or other languages to automate routine tasks, improve efficiency, and support DevOps automation initiatives. Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and compliance checks to safeguard organizational data. Support SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) principles by enhancing system reliability, scalability, and incident response procedures. Requirements Proven experience in system administration across diverse operating systems including Linux, Windows, and Oracle databases. Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure management in AWS, Azure, or similar platforms. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes container orchestration and Docker containers. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Java for automation purposes. Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps automation tools. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or similar frameworks. Solid understanding of network protocols, APIs (Application Programming Interfaces), performance monitoring tools, and IT monitoring solutions. Project management experience in technology environments with an ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively within Agile frameworks. Excellent technical troubleshooting skills with a focus on system troubleshooting support for complex issues.
