Job Details:
Onsite role in 445 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90071 Short-term project (May 27th-June 10th) W2 Employment Payrate negotiable upon interview
Job Summary:
The Migration Deskside Technician is responsible for supporting migration and post-migration activities to ensure user issues are resolved, documented, and escalated efficiently. This role involves both hands-on technical support during the migration process and ongoing user assistance post-migration.
Migration Activities:
Device intake Device wiping Device imaging Deployment of devices
Post-Migration Activities:
Participate in training sessions Act as an in-room troubleshooter Conduct floorwalking by visiting users' desks to address issues Collaborate closely with onsite teams and project leads to document issues and trends Document and escalate issues to subject matter experts as necessary
Required Skills and Technology Experience:
Strong attention to detail Exceptional communication skills Experience providing Level 2+ support for the following technologies: Okta Active Directory ServiceNow Endpoint Central Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.) Exchange Intune
JAMF + JAMF
Connect iOS, macOS, and Windows OS support Active Sync Exceptional customer support skills
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role or relevant technical support environment Candidates must be prepared to deliver excellent support and maintain a customer-focused approach throughout the migration and post-migration processes.
Schedule/Shift:
This role will follow a project-based training and migration schedule.
Expected work includes:
May 27-29, 2026: LA Service Delivery Training
  • 8-hour shifts
Off:
May 30-31, 2026 June 1-2, 2026: LA Infrastructure + Service Delivery Training
  • 8-hour shifts
Off:
June 3-4, 2026 June 5: LA Migration Prep
  • 12-hour shift June 6-7: LA Migration Prep
  • 12-hour shifts June 8: LA Migration + Hypercare Orientation
  • 12-hour shift June 9-10: LA Hypercare
  • 8-hour shifts
Pay:
$40.00
  • $45.
00 per hour
