Candidate must have a basic experience of IT fundamentals through coursework or relevant professional experience (Security + CE) 2. Candidate is expected to have prior experience partnering with/or supporting active duty military personnel 3. - Demonstrated expertise in IT Enterprise Operations
- Experience with Microsoft Windows OS, version 11
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with Power Shell
- Experience with HP Service Manager, Remedy, or similar Service/Help Desk ticket management software
- Basic network troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills
