Entry-Level Help Desk Technician Palm Desert, CA | Full-time | On-site About Us We're a Palm Desert-based technology solutions provider that partners with professional businesses to deliver secure, reliable I.T. support. Our clients are at the center of everything we do — and our employees are the key to our success. We're looking for an Entry-Level Help Desk Technician to join our growing team. Job Summary As a Help Desk Technician, you'll provide frontline monitoring, troubleshooting, and support for client servers, networks, and workstations. You'll work with end users and executives alike, so strong communication and organizational skills are a must. This role is ideal for someone eager to start or grow their I.T. career in a supportive team environment. Responsibilities Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers. Monitor and troubleshoot servers and networks. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software. Assist with network connectivity, VPNs, and remote access. Document support requests and solutions. Deliver excellent customer service with clear communication. Technical Skills (Preferred) Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and support Microsoft Office applications Antivirus and endpoint security LANs, VPNs, and remote access basics Mobile device support (Android/iOS) Basic hardware repair (RAM, hard drives, etc.) MacOS experience (a plus) Qualifications CompTIA A+ certification (required or in progress) CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft certifications (preferred) Previous Help Desk, Service Desk, or NOC experience (preferred, but not required) Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks Benefits & Compensation Competitive pay based on skills and experience Comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for professional development and certifications Supportive and collaborative work environment How to Apply Please submit your resume and cover letter .
