Job Description

We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support for end users in a manufacturing environment. This contract position focuses on resolving day-to-day hardware, software, and access issues while ensuring employees can work efficiently with minimal disruption. The ideal candidate is comfortable supporting Microsoft Windows systems, managing user accounts, and delivering responsive service through a structured ticketing process.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver front-line technical assistance for desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues reported by employees across the site
  • Diagnose and resolve Microsoft Windows 10 and general Windows operating system problems in a timely manner
  • Manage user account access, password resets, and directory-related support tasks within Active Directory
  • Track, update, and close service desk tickets while maintaining clear notes and status communication
  • Perform routine troubleshooting for software, hardware, printer, and connectivity concerns to restore user productivity
  • Escalate more complex incidents when needed and coordinate with internal support teams to drive resolution
  • Set up, configure, and support end-user workstations and related equipment for new or existing staff
  • Maintain a high-quality support experience by communicating technical solutions in a clear and user-friendly manner
