Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and prepare desktop and laptop hardware for daily business use across the Pasadena, Texas location.
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving computer components, peripherals, and other associated hardware to minimize user downtime.
- Set up and organize cabling for workstations, connected devices, and equipment to maintain safe and efficient installations.
- Provide hands-on support for Dell systems and Apple devices, including initial setup, replacement, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
- Test newly deployed or repaired equipment to confirm proper performance, connectivity, and readiness for end users.
- Replace faulty hardware components and coordinate device swaps when equipment no longer meets operational needs.
- Maintain accurate records of installed equipment, repairs completed, and hardware inventory activity.
- Support workstation moves, equipment installations, and related technical tasks as business needs change.
