Job Summary:

Rocklin Unified School District is looking for a Computer Support Technician to join our Technology Services team, supporting a TK-8 school site. This is a great entry point into IT support - you'll get hands-on experience with hardware, software, networking basics, and customer service, all while making a direct impact on students and teachers.

What You'll Do:

Set up, troubleshoot, and repair computers, printers, and AV equipment Support teachers and students with day-to-day technology needs Reimage and configure computers to district specifications Help maintain student accounts and troubleshoot access issues Keep accurate equipment inventory and work order records Assist with technology used for classroom instruction and testing

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent required Some hands-on experience with computers and software (personal, coursework, or professional) A problem-solver who's patient, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping people Comfortable learning new systems and troubleshooting on the fly Valid California Driver's License (you'll use your own vehicle to travel between sites, with mileage reimbursement) Prior experience in a school or IT support setting is a plus, but not required - we're happy to train the right person

Job Types:

Full-time, Temporary Pay:

$24.47 - $31.22 per hour
