Job Description Job Summary
  • Install, maintain and troubleshoot a variety of hardware and software equipment.
Effectivecommunication is essential for this role as the individual will interact frequently with frontline employees and will also be visible to customers.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and support desktop and mobile devices, applications, peripherals, networkdevices, airline specific equipment (Kiosk, Flight Information Display Systems), public addresssystems, and time clock equipment
  • Provide a broad scope of operational support and Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC)requests supporting the IT infrastructure in office environments, CS&S Centers, and airportlocations
  • Perform preventative maintenance on operational equipment
  • Configure, install, customize, maintain, test, and troubleshoot hardware systems withminimal direction
  • Provide bench repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and configuration of IT equipment
  • Provide exceptional Customer Service to our Internal Customers
  • Provide packaging, unpacking, documentation, shipment, and receipt of equipment asneeded for support of the enterprise
  • Update DASH cases
  • Create status reports for Leadership on Field installations
  • May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders Skills and Requirements 3-5 Years of experience with Hardware Field Technician experienceKnowledge of cabling infrastructure and its topologiesKnowledge of Low Voltage cabling requiredAbility to troubleshoot and maneuver within Windows' operating systemsAbility to maneuver within Active Directory; moving work station objectSkilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Service Now Service Desk, and Microsoft System CenterConfiguration Manager (SCCM)Knowledge in basic Network TroubleshootingSkilled in assigning applications and knowing where particular applications are coming from inSCCMAbility to demonstrate success with problem-solving abilitiesSkilled in strong Customer ServiceServiceNow experienceAirport Experience as a Field Technician or Hardware Technician We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
