https://sco.ca.gov/eo_about_func.html The State Controller's Office is seeking to hire a motivated and dependable IT Student Assistant to assist the Unclaimed Property Division (UPD) with the day-to-day technology operations. This role offers hands-on experience in troubleshooting, hardware and software support, and assisting users with technical issues. Ideal candidates should be currently enrolled in an IT or related program, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for students looking to gain practical experience while contributing to the university's technology services. Conditions of Employment This is a part-time, temporary, non-benefited, student position. Employment in all positions with University Enterprises, Inc. is dependent upon the mutual consent of University Enterprises, Inc. and the employee. This means that either University Enterprises, Inc. or the employee can, at any time, terminate the employment relationship at will, with or without cause.
