Manufacturing Technical Coordinator (Die Sort-Day)#26-21360 $20.67-$28.07 per hour Santa Rosa, CA Onsite Job Description Our Client, a Global Provider of Electronic Design and Test Solution company, is looking for a Manufacturing Technical Coordinator (Die Sort-Day) for their Santa Rosa, CA location.
Responsibilities:
The ability to work in an ESD room environment. The ability to raise concerns though a standardized chain of command. Ability to handle and process delicate materials in chip and/or wafer form. Skilled hand-eye coordination is imperative for proper handling and movement of parts Experience with aspects of integrated circuit fabrication processing including but not limited to sort or visual inspection desired. Perform delicate handling and processing of wafers according to detailed product documentation and engineering specifications. Follow standardized procedures and strict safety protocols to ensure consistent quality and reliability. Ability to interpret hardware documentation to operate sophisticated tools Contribute to continuous improvement by learning new skills and adapting to evolving processes.
Requirements:
Team communication and collaboration. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for handling fragile components. Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with team objectives. Willingness to learn and grow within a high-tech manufacturing environment. Experience in cleanroom or semiconductor manufacturing is a plus. Experience with Microsoft applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to work in a cross-functional environment collaboratively with other departments. Knowledge of LEAN practices plus.
