Mac Support Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled Mac Administrator / EUC Support Engineer to manage, support, and maintain end-user computing environments with a strong focus on macOS systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Mac administration, desktop support, asset lifecycle management, and inventory control while ensuring a seamless user experience Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support (EUC) for macOS and related applications.
• Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Mac devices (macOS, hardware, and software).
• Handle desktop support activities including installation, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and device policies.
• Perform asset management including procurement, tagging, tracking, and lifecycle management.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for all IT assets.
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes (device provisioning, access setup, recovery).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system performance, security, and compliance.
• Participate in after-hours/on-call support when required. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong experience in Mac Administration (macOS environment).
• Hands-on experience in EUC / Desktop Support.
• Knowledge of device management tools (e.g., JAMF, Intune, or similar MDM solutions).
• Experience in asset and inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with Active Directory / Azure AD and user management.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and user-facing support skills.

Salary Range:

$35,000-$50,000 a year #LI-AS3
