This role serves as a subject matter expert on workflows and management processes while helping clients maximize platform effectiveness, maintain data integrity, and meet compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Provide responsive support for platform users, resolving technical, access, configuration, and data-related issues. Manage and prioritize support requests while delivering exceptional customer service. Conduct user onboarding, platform demonstrations, and training sessions for new and existing clients. Guide users on platform functionality, workflow best practices, data quality, and compliance-related requirements. Review and validate client data, identify issues, and recommend solutions. Create and maintain user guides, knowledge-base articles, training materials, and support documentation. Participate in software testing, implementation projects, product enhancements, and system integrations. Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and overall client experience. Qualifications Associate's or bachelor's degree in information technology, education, business administration, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of experience supporting K-12 educational organizations, school districts, county offices of education, charter schools, or related entities. Knowledge of IEPs, special education processes, and applicable compliance requirements. Experience working with data validation, data quality reviews, and large datasets. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. #LI-EM1 #
