Advance into the high $20s and $30+/hr as you prove new competencies. ValhallaCare is hiring technically inclined people who want real-world IT support experience inside a healthcare environment. If you're the person friends, family, or coworkers call when a printer, computer, Wi-Fi connection, or device stops working, this may be a strong fit. No professional IT or dental experience required. We train both. What you'll learn As one of our onsite Level 1 technology resources, you'll build experience with: PCs, printers, scanners, and peripherals Basic connectivity and hardware troubleshooting Clinic and dental technology Structured troubleshooting and escalation Remote-hands support for centralized IT Basic facility issue identification and escalation You'll also be trained in the day-to-day operation of a dental clinic, including: Digital dental X-rays Room setup and sterilization Patient flow and clinical support Scheduling, forms, and payments Supporting doctors and teammates during patient care Most of the role is patient-facing and clinic-based. This is not a desk-only IT help-desk job. Who we're looking for Naturally good with technology Likes figuring out why things aren't working Learns software and systems quickly Can follow technical instructions carefully Reliable and organized Comfortable working with people Calm under pressure Wants to build real skills and take on more responsibility IT certifications are welcome, but not required.
