IT Infrastructure Support Specialist:
Support and maintain Windows Server environments , including troubleshooting server and system issues. Administer Active Directory, SSO, MFA, user accounts, permissions, and access controls . Support and troubleshoot business-critical applications and underlying infrastructure. Perform SQL Server backups, restores, and basic T-SQL administration using SQL Server Management Studio. Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN, hardware, printers, and infrastructure-related end-user issues . Support employee onboarding and offboarding from a systems and access perspective. Monitor infrastructure performance and assist with identifying and resolving system issues. Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, system configurations, and runbooks . Assist with infrastructure upgrades, technology deployments, and modernization projects.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, systems administration, or a combination of IT support and infrastructure responsibilities. Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory . Understanding of networking fundamentals, VPNs, hardware, and connectivity troubleshooting . Experience supporting business applications in a production environment. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work across servers, systems, applications, and end-user technology .
