desk Specialist#26-05280 Denver, CO On-site Contract Starts 5/04/2026 Ends 1/01/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a desk Specialist - Onsite for a contract position with a Large Energy Company located in Amarillo, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. Pay range: $27.29 - $37.29 per hour This role involves providing hands-on, deskside IT support within a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for device imaging, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting, as well as handling incident and request tickets through ServiceNow. This position requires a customer-first mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven setting.

Responsibilities:

Image, configure, and deploy corporate laptops, desktops, and field devices Respond to ServiceNow incident tickets and scheduled appointments Provide walk-up support at service centers Assist with inventory counts and device staging Travel locally to support multiple client locations as needed Maintain, develop, and support personalputers, servers, and local/wide area networks

Requirements:

5-7 years of prior helpdesk or deskside support experience Strong customer service, time management, and problem-solving skills Hands-on experience imaging and configuring devices Field support experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be available to work full-time onsite, 5 days per week Desired skills: Experience with SCCM and Intune ServiceNow experience iOS knowledge Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
