You will drive customer success by delivering high-quality onsite repairs, system upgrades, and comprehensive training programs across your assigned territory. Responsibilities Execute complex troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on analytical and metallographic systems to minimize client downtime. Manage the end-to-end installation process for new equipment and perform critical hardware and software upgrades. Empower end-users by providing detailed instruction on instrument theory, operational best practices, and routine maintenance protocols. Maintain operational excellence by managing regional inventory, documenting service activities, and ensuring accurate reporting. Serve as a professional brand ambassador, upholding strict safety standards and site-specific protocols during every client interaction. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and contribute to continuous product improvement. Qualifications Required Skills Two-year technical degree, trade school certification, or equivalent professional experience in a technical field. Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote environment with strong organizational and time-management skills. Demonstrated proficiency in AC/DC electronics, mechanical systems, and complex electromechanical troubleshooting. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional client relations. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to travel extensively. Preferred Skills Prior experience in military technical roles or analytical chemistry environments. Background in avionics, heavy equipment maintenance, or complex electrical systems. Demonstrated aptitude for learning proprietary software and specialized instrumentation platforms.
