Help Desk Technician:
  • Provide Tier 1 support for Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and user access issues
  • Configure, deploy, and support Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
  • Manage mobile devices and endpoint enrollment through Microsoft Intune and MDM solutions
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, connectivity, and application issues
  • Maintain accurate IT documentation, device inventory, and support records
  • Support hardware procurement, onboarding activities, security initiatives, and audio/visual technology setups Qualifications for the
Help Desk Technician:
  • 1-2+ years of IT support, help desk, or desktop support experience
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
  • Experience supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
