Help Desk Technician:
- Provide Tier 1 support for Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and user access issues
- Configure, deploy, and support Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
- Manage mobile devices and endpoint enrollment through Microsoft Intune and MDM solutions
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, connectivity, and application issues
- Maintain accurate IT documentation, device inventory, and support records
- Support hardware procurement, onboarding activities, security initiatives, and audio/visual technology setups Qualifications for the
Help Desk Technician:
- 1-2+ years of IT support, help desk, or desktop support experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Experience supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, user access management, and endpoint security best practices #LI-BE1 #
