Job Description
Position:
Help Desk Technician Reports to :IT Manager Position Summary:
We're seeking a personable and technically capable Helpdesk Technician to join our IT support team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in Microsoft 365, InTune, and endpoint management who is passionate about providing outstanding user support and device lifecycle services. As the first point of contact for technical support, you'll be responsible for device setup, user onboarding, mobile device management (MDM), and basic troubleshooting. You'll also play a critical role in maintaining a secure, efficient, and user-friendly IT environment.Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and basic user access issues
- Manage and support iPads, iOS, and Android devices via Intune MDM
- Set up and configure Windows , macOS , iOS , and Android devices for new and existing users
- Perform routine procurement tasks, including hardware and software ordering
- Troubleshoot common technical issues (e.g., connectivity, printers, basic app functionality)
- Support personal device enrollment and compliance with security policies
- Maintain accurate documentation for IT SOPs, device inventory, user setups, and support activities
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on security best practices and escalations
- Assist with media by setting up and troubleshooting video and audio equipment, calibrate video monitors and projectors, and provide training to other employees on how to use the technology.
- Other duties as assigned by the IT anager as needed to meet the organizations business needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-2 years of IT support experience, ideally in a Microsoft 365 environment
- Working knowledge of Intune, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Experience supporting mobile platforms (Android/iOS) and managing them via MDM solutions
- Familiarity with network basics, printers, user access controls, and SaaS applications
- Comfortable supporting end users with a calm, respectful, and clear communication style
- Proven ethical judgment, trustworthiness, and discretion in handling sensitive information

Work Environment and Requirements:
- This is a full-time non-exempt position.
- Normal working hours vary between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend engagements, with the expectation of a 40-hour work week. Some overtime and weekend hours may be required based on organization events, special projects and business needs.
- Position is based at our corporate offices in Keenesburg, CO.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
- Position requires frequent sitting, standing, walking and use of office equipment.
- Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, squat, crawl and climb when completing installation or repair of computer or AV equipment. Must be able to lift 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Includes work in an indoor office environment.
