Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for an entry-level technician to join our team! This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and assisting with the management of IT infrastructure. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience with IT support in a small business environment. There are a lot of tasks that will not require specific IT skills other than familiarity with business applications of various types (primarily Windows and MS Office). Attention to detail and willingness to learn are generally more important for this position than extensive technical experience. However, knowledge of networking or phone systems is a plus. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve software-related problems, primarily in a Windows environment. Assist with tech support tasks, including setup and maintenance of desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Tech decommissioning and disposal Cell phone processing (the removal and adding of lines, the upgrading of phones) File management and archiving Equipment testing and tracking Support network administration tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of issues. Experience Associates degree or higher is preferred but not required depending on experience level Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users Ability to provide general application and end-user support Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments. Experience with Windows operating systems, Android and Apple phones Excellent attention to detail Join us in delivering exceptional IT support that keeps our organization running smoothly!
