We function as our clients' outsourced IT department

We are a fast-paced, service-focused team that values professionalism, efficiency, and strong client relationships. Job Summary We are hiring a Level 1 / Level 2 IT Support Technician to provide desktop support, helpdesk services, and on-site technical support for business clients. This role supports Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and general network troubleshooting. This is an in-office position with local field service visits during business hours. Responsibilities Provide helpdesk and desktop support for business clients Troubleshoot Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, and basic network issues Manage and respond to service tickets in a PSA/ticketing system Provide remote and on-site technical support Escalate advanced technical issues when needed Document work performed and maintain accurate service records Deploy and configure workstations and user environments Deliver professional, customer-focused support Requirements 2+ years of IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support experience Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Experience working with a ticketing system or service desk Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license (mileage reimbursed) Clean background and driving record High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience Experience with RMM and PSA tools Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Microsoft 365 administration experience IT certifications or technical coursework Benefits 401(k) with 6% employer match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Paid training and career growth opportunities Casual work environment Work Location Requirements Daily in-office attendance required Local travel to client sites during business hours No overnight travel Schedule Monday-Friday 8-hour shift Compensation $22.00
