Help Desk Analyst Compensation:

$22 - $28/hour, depending on experience

Denver, Colorado Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join their team for a 12 week engagement ! Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Deliver Tier

I - III IT

support at corporate office Manage service ticketing queue efficiently Administer cloud SaaS environments Image, configure, and distribute computer systems Prepare and update support documentation Collaborate on maintenance of virtual and cloud environments Track service requests for process improvement Communicate effectively with end users and team members

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Knowledge of Windows 10, Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365 Strong PC hardware skills Experience with VMWare environments and SaaS solutions Excellent documentation skills Nice to

Have Skills & Experience:

CompTIA A+ certification or a complete IT degree Administration of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Working knowledge of networking hardware
