What You Will Do:
Pratt & Whitney (P&W) Military Customer Support & Services (MCSS) is seeking a motivated Customer Support Engineer (CSE) for the F135 engine program, responsible for Source Data in support of F135 Joint Technical Data (JTD) engine manual creation and updates. The CSE will work closely with the engineering teams on Limits Development & Expansion activities and Configuration Updates (engineering changes) in support of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for the F135 engine, for both Unit and Depot Maintenance levels. The CSE will also support incorporation of improvement driven updates, based on customer and internal sustainment feedback, to continually improve the JTD. Review technical data inquiries and work with internal teams to provide timely answers to technical questions. Provide timely technical data updates to support maintenance and operations on the F135 engine. Incorporate engineering requirements into the JTD through creation of Source Data/JTD markups. Review of limits development documents from a sustainment perspective, providing feedback and customer support engineering input Review Joint Technical Data change requests, evaluating the request based on technical expertise and a sustainment perspective Perform Source Data authoring functions including creation of source data and resolution of customer comments Support depot and unit level scheduled and unscheduled maintenance strategies and implementation plans. Collaborate with internal engineering groups, customers, vendors, and CSEs located at Depot & Unit sites to resolve technical issues and ensure optimal instruction for JTD.

Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in a related field; technical degree preferred 2+ years related experience or an Advanced degree Fluent in English (verbal/written) US citizenship is required due to government contracts
Qualifications We Prefer:
F135 engine build, manufacturing or design experience 2+ years of experience of military engine knowledge and experience Experience in limits development and/or configuration management and engineering changes Experience using technical data, drawings and requirements Proficiency in MS Office applications Ability to support occasional travel (
