Marketing & Digital Content Coordinator Full-Time | M-F 8am-4:30pm In-Person | Meriden, CT We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Digital Content Coordinator to join our growing property management company with an extensive portfolio across residential communities and properties. The Marketing & Digital Content Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing engaging marketing campaigns across multiple social media platforms while collaborating closely with our leasing and HR teams. This role requires a strong creative eye, experience with digital marketing tools, and the ability to showcase our properties in a visually appealing and professional way. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating engaging content, and has experience marketing apartment communities and rental properties. This role is a fully in-person role and requires daily reporting to the office in Meriden, CT. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Create, manage, and schedule engaging content across company social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more Collaborate with leasing teams to market available rentals and increase property exposure Work closely with leasing teams to ensure listing photos, unit images, and property information are accurate, updated, and actively maintained on property management websites such as RentCafe and other marketing platforms Visit properties and apartment communities to capture photos and videos of units, amenities, and community features Edit and enhance photos to create professionally staged marketing materials Design marketing graphics, flyers, social posts, and promotional campaigns Utilize AI tools, Canva, Photoshop, and other creative platforms to streamline and enhance content creation Assist in developing branding strategies and marketing initiatives for the company portfolio Collaborate with HR to promote company culture, employee recognition, recruiting efforts, and employee events with marketing materials and content creation to post internally and on company social media pages Monitor social media engagement, trends, and analytics to improve performance and audience growth Maintain consistent brand voice and visual standards across all platforms Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and social media management within the property management industry Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and AI marketing/content tools required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Creative mindset with attention to detail and branding consistency Photography and videography skills are a plus Experience editing photos and creating visually appealing property marketing materials preferred Must be comfortable traveling to properties as needed What We Offer Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) match Paid time off Paid holidays Company-provided photography and content creation equipment At The Carabetta Companies, we hold ourselves to high standards and seek team members who share our commitment to excellence.
