Job Description
What You'll Do:
Provide technical support to attorneys and staff in person, by phone, email and through the Firm's help desk ticketing system Troubleshoot laptops, monitors, printers, mobile devices, and other technology equipment Support audio and visual technology needs for meetings, presentations, conferences and events Document and maintain accurate records of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in ticketing system Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed Deliver responsive, professional support with a client-service mindsetSkill Requirements:
1-3 years of relevant help desk, technical support, or customer service experience Hands-on experience troubleshooting desktop/laptop hardware, printers, and mobile devices Basic understanding of computer networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN, network connectivity troubleshooting) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows environments Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines Strong attention to detail and follow-through Excellent verbal and written communication skills Reliable transportation for regular travel to Greenwich and occasional travel to other firm officesNote:
