Support Technician

FULLY ONSITE - 5 DAYS/WEEK - WASHINGTON D.C.

Job Description Support Technician The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong foundation in technical support along with a proactive attitude toward continuous learning and skill development.

Key qualifications include:

Proven experience in technical support / walk-in support environments Strong customer service orientation with the ability to support end users effectively Experience with mobile device management and asset lifecycle processes Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar platforms) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft O365 and Excel-based reporting Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously maintain/upskill technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment

Education:
