Our Client in Lewes, DE is seeking a Help Desk Technician . This is a long-term temporary position with a respected University. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 2:00 pm . This position offers $17.00 per hour.

Job Duties:

Provide technical assistance to distance learning Instructors Provide assistance with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Zoom, and internal higher education applications Communicate with higher education staff daily Answer calls and assist as needed

Requirements:
