Computer and Phone Repair Technitian

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in software troubleshooting, technical support, and analyzing and repairing various devices.

Duties:

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on a variety of devices including mobile phones, tablets, and computers
• Provide technical support to customers both in person and over the phone
• Perform field service visits to troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site
• Utilize schematics and technical documentation to aid in repairs
• Use hand tools to disassemble and reassemble devices for repair

Skills:

• Proficiency in Android, Apple and Windows operating systems
• Strong ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues
• Experience with analyzing hardware problems on mobile devices
• Familiarity with Mac OS is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
