What You'll Do:
Be the
Tech Hero:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical assistance, solving problems with speed and precision. Master the
Environment:
Configure, test, and troubleshoot network and wireless issues to keep our office humming. Build the

Format and set up desktops and laptops, ensuring every new user has the tools they need for success from day one. Solve the
Puzzle:
Use diagnostic techniques and sharp questioning to isolate problems and implement smart, lasting solutions.

Table:
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a support or help desk role.
Education:
An Associate degree (or equivalent experience); a BS in Computer Science or a related field is a huge plus!
Tech Prowess:
Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and network devices (computers, phones, tablets, and copiers).
Communication Skills:
You can walk someone through a complex problem-solving process with ease and a smile.
