Job Description
In-Office
• Full-Time
• South Florida LogixCare is growing its in-office engineering team, and we're looking for a sharp, dependable Level 1/2 Support Engineer to be the first line of defense for the businesses that count on us every day. If you like solving problems, want steady mentorship toward more advanced work, and would rather build real IT skills across dozens of client environments than sit on one help desk forever, this is that role. About LogixCare Founded in 2011, LogixCare, LLC is a Managed Service Provider serving businesses across South Florida. We act as the outsourced IT department for our clients — managing everything from Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune to backups, networking, and line-of-business applications — so they can focus on running their business instead of fixing their computers. We're investing in our engineering team right now to raise the bar on response time and service quality for every client we support. About the Role This is an in-office, full-time role based at LogixCare's office. You'll work directly out of our ConnectWise service board, handling the day-to-day tickets that keep our clients up and running — password resets, account access, workstation issues, basic Microsoft 365 support — while escalating anything that needs a senior tech's attention. Twelve months in, you'll have built real command of our client environments, earned the trust to be handed tickets without a second thought, and be ready to grow into more advanced Level 2 and Level 3 work. What You'll Do Own first response and resolution on Help Desk tickets across our priority queue (P1-P4), keeping clients informed and tickets moving Handle day-to-day Microsoft 365 support — password resets, account unlocks, mailbox and Teams/OneDrive access issues, basic Entra ID and Intune tasks Triage and resolve Windows workstation, printer, and general hardware issues, escalating what's outside your scope with clear notes Support new-user onboarding and offboarding — account provisioning, device setup, and access changes Document every ticket clearly in ConnectWise, so the next person — or your future self — isn't starting from scratch Flag recurring issues or at-risk clients you notice in the queue to the team, rather than just closing the ticket in front of you What We're Looking For Required 1-2+ years of hands-on IT support or help desk experience (MSP experience a plus, not required) Working knowledge of Windows desktop administration and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Entra ID/Azure AD basics) Comfortable troubleshooting networking fundamentals — DNS, DHCP, VPN, basic connectivity issues Strong customer service instincts — clear communication, patience, and the ability to translate technical issues into plain language Able to work in-office, full-time, in South Florida Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience with ConnectWise Manage/PSA or a similar ticketing platform Familiarity with Intune, Entra ID Conditional Access, or endpoint management Exposure to backup/BCDR tools (e.g. Acronis) or basic server administration CompTIA A+, Network+, or a Microsoft fundamentals certification (MS-900, MD-102)
