24x7x365 environment; candidates must be flexible for any shift and on-call support Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Guide users through technical solutions and issue resolution Escalate complex technical issues when necessary Prioritize support tickets based on urgency and impact Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software Provide excellent customer service and technical support Assist with documentation and process improvement initiatives Support onsite and remote users in a fast-paced Support Center environment To be considered for this position, you should have: Experience in Desktop Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support environments Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows hardware/software and networking issues Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work flexible shifts in a 24x7 support environment Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work onsite in Orlando, FL Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
