Job Description

Overview IT Applications Analyst II (PACS) | Clinical Systems Drive performance across clinical imaging systems—enhancing reliability, efficiency, and user experience. 💻

Must reside in an authorized state (FL, GA, MO, PA, SC, NC, TN, or TX) 🕒
FTE:
Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Leads analysis of application requirements and designing effective solutions to meet business objectives. Drives collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize software applications, ensuring seamless integration and system reliability. Troubleshoots complex application issues, manages upgrades and configuration changes, and monitors performance to recommend improvements. Supports end-users through training and documentation, while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to maintain efficient application operations. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzes application requirements and designs solutions to enhance system functionality.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement, test, and deploy software applications.
  • Troubleshoots system issues to maintain optimal application performance and reliability.
  • Develops and maintains documentation, including processes and user guides.
  • Provides end-user support through training and resolution of inquiries.
  • Monitors application performance and recommends improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Coordinates with vendors to support software updates, enhancements, and deployment planning. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Education
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Allied Health, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Experience
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing and supporting IT applications.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors for updates and deployments. Licensure/Certification/Registration
  • Epic or other technical certification may be required for this position. Other Qualifications
  • Expertise in software testing, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
  • Strong user training and support skills.
  • Knowledge of application security and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements Education High school diploma or GED required. Degree in Business Administration, Allied Health, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Experience 3+ years of experience analyzing and supporting IT applications. Experience coordinating with vendors for updates and deployments. Licensure/Certification/Registration Epic or other technical certification may be required for this position.
