Description Hours:
Monday
- Friday 12:45 PM
- 6:15 PM and 1-2 Saturdays a month 8:45 AM
- 2:15 PM Role Assists Outbound, Inbound, and Call Center employees with loan requests, providing clerical and administrative support needed to process, close, or modify member loans.
Represents the credit union in a professional manner when greeting members and the public on the phone and in person at the reception desk, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person. Accepts mail, packages, and deliveries at the reception desk and ensures they are picked up or distributed to the appropriate person or department. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Exemplifies the core values of CAMPUS, while supporting our strategic priorities for members, employees, and community. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Processes and disburses approved loans with appropriate paperwork and documentation
Processes and opens approved new accounts with appropriate paperwork and documentation
Monitors Capture queue and files documents to the appropriate account for retention
Performs account maintenance in a timely manner with appropriate paperwork and documentation
Answers the main switchboard and directs caller/member to the appropriate person or department
Greets the public when they enter the credit union. Determines their needs and directs them to the appropriate person
