Job Description
Blacktip is an IT managed service provider and Microsoft Modern Work and Security Partner assisting medium-size businesses in their efforts to bring the latest technology to their organizations using the Microsoft 365 Cloud family of products. Duties and Responsibilities:
Service Delivery & Client Support Ensure ticket queue/backlog is continuously maintained with KPIs, trends, and metrics to show achievements within customer Service Level Agreement targets. Deliver world-class customer service, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction. Build ongoing relationships with the team and client base. Develop a strong understanding of internal and customer requirements and processes. Technical Support & Troubleshooting Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, security, and mobile device issues. Provide support for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and Windows desktop operating systems. Perform network troubleshooting, including connectivity, VLAN, routing, and Wi-Fi performance issues. Experienced understanding and knowledge of networking tools including: DNS, DHCP, routing, VLANs. Provide printer administration support, including setup, driver deployment, queue troubleshooting, and print server coordination (as applicable). Microsoft 365 Cloud Administration & Security Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access control across Windows, macOS, and M365 cloud environments. Administer Microsoft 365 cloud services (e.g., Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams), including user lifecycle, licensing, and configuration. Maintain an understanding of cybersecurity and data protection standards. Ensure compliance by enforcing M365 Cloud / Intune / Microsoft Defender policies. Exercise due diligence in all areas of system activation, security, maintenance, and operability. Identify repetitive patterns of technical issues to uncover root causes and provide solutions to increase security, compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness. Work Management & Professional Expectations Exercise self-management and complete commitments that you make to clients and team members. Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-growing environment by embracing new technologies, tools, processes, and policies. Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge transfer and operational continuity. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
3+ years' experience in desktop, network and printer management. 2+ years' experience in M365 administration, ideally with certificationsMS-900, MS-700, MS-102.
