Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our client in Coconut Creek. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role focuses on remote troubleshooting and ticket resolution, ensuring high quality and timely support for external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide second-level support for user issues via phone, email, or ticketing systemTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory, including password resets, account creation, and permissions managementAdminister and support Office 365 accounts, including mailbox setup, user access, and license assignmentsTroubleshoot and resolve Windows 10 operating system problems, including software installations, Windows updates, and device connectivityDocument all interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing systemEscalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or specialist teams as appropriateContribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvementVOIP support & administration Server - VMwareNetwork support
