Description Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Leo IT Services is looking to hire a skilled IT Support Engineer II to provide comprehensive technical support for our infrastructure, warehousing operations, production environments, and laboratory facilities. This role is crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring reliable technology systems across our organization. This position works Mon-Fri. 6:00 am- 6:00 pm. - Process tickets via approved standard operating procedures (SOPs) to triage and resolve customer issues.
- Provision, Deploy, and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and maxOS workstations
- Provision, Deploy, and troubleshoot bare-metal windows and Linux servers
- Configure, Deploy, and Replace network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Participate in hiring, training and development of others
- Provide technical support for Kuiper Production, lab and launch Infrastructure, components, and associated software
- Provide remote support for Kuiper employees and infrastructure worldwide
- Perform scheduled maintenance and system upgrades
- Assist with project implementations and technology deployments
- Drives engineering best practices (e.g., Operational Excellence, Security, Quality, etc.) and set standards.
- Participate in on-call responsibilities.

- 4+ years of networking (such as
DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI
Model, and TCP/IP) experience- 3+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience
- 4+ years of technical support experience
- 4+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or equivalent Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of supporting a windows server environment experience
