Job Description
Requirements:
Qualifications 1-2 years of IT or Help Desk experience preferred. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and general desktop support. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to follow documented procedures and escalate issues when appropriate. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or coursework (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL
