An enterprise financial institution in Florida is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join their team in Pensacola, providing hands-on technical support for end users in a fast-paced environment.  About the

Onsite Responsibilities:
Provide desktop support for end users, including hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting Install, configure, and support desktop computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related equipment Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 11 operating system issues and user access problems Support workstation deployments, equipment refreshes, moves, adds, and changes Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system while collaborating with internal IT teams to resolve complex issues
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows 11 operating systems Experience with hardware deployment, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting experience Strong customer service and communication skills Experience working independently and within a collaborative team environment
Desired Skills:
Security+ certification or an IT-related degree Experience with printer server management and printer troubleshooting Experience using ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams support Strong problem-solving, organizational, and documentation skills Experience supporting users in a large enterprise environment
