Job Description:

Desktop Engineer Ponte Vedra, FL (Onsite) Contract to Hire $23-25/hr W2 We are seeking a Desktop Engineer to support end users across our environment in Ponte Vedra. This role will provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, networking, and end-user systems while delivering strong customer service to both onsite and remote users. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of desktop support, user interaction, and troubleshooting within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related hardware Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and application issues Manage and resolve tickets while maintaining strong communication with end users Support Active Directory and Entra ID user administration Assist with device imaging, deployments, patching, and asset tracking Support Wi-Fi connectivity, conferencing systems, phones, and basic networking issues Install and configure hardware, software, and peripheral equipment Escalate complex issues when needed while maintaining ownership through resolution Qualifications Experience supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments Knowledge of Active Directory and basic networking concepts Experience with desktop imaging, hardware deployments, and end-user support Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills This is an onsite contract-to-hire opportunity offering long-term growth potential within a stable environment.
