Apple Fleet:
Use JAMF to deploy packages and maintain macOS/iOS compliance across the board.
Cloud Command:
Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online) with precision. Solve the
Puzzle:
Tackle Level 1 & 2 tickets remotely, translating complex technical issues into plain English for the team. Secure the
Perimeter:
Ensure all remote endpoints are patched, encrypted, and fortified against threats.
Working hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Skills:
Communication:
Ability to translate "tech-speak" into plain English for non-technical users.
Adaptability:
Comfortable switching contexts between different client tenants multiple times a day Team-oriented mindset with a service-focused approach.
Education:
Associate Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
2+ years of JAMF experience: You know DEP/VPP and APNS tokens like the back of your hand.
Google & Microsoft Expertise:
You?ve managed SPF/DKIM/DMARC and understand shared drive architecture.
