Role:
Mid-level IT Support / Systems Technician 2.
Experience Required:
1-3 years in IT support, help desk, or technical troubleshooting 3.
Education:
Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience. Key Responsibilities 1.
Technical Support:
Resolve incoming employee for desktop software, hardware, laptops (Mac and PC), and mobile devices. 2.
System Administration:
Install, configure, and update operating systems (Windows, linux and macOS) and business applications. 3.
Network Maintenance:
Troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and printer connectivity issues. cabling install and troubleshooting. 4.
