IT Support Specialist:

High school diploma with at least 1 year of experience in a help desk, support, legal assistant or similar role. At least 1 year of recent relevant experience in IT desktop support. Experience supporting users in a legal environment preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and enterprise software deployment.
