Senior Service Desk / Desktop Support Due to continued growth, we are adding an experienced Senior Service Desk / Desktop Support professional to the team. We are looking for someone with 5-7 years of hands-on experience supporting users and technology within a Microsoft environment. This is a strong opportunity for someone currently working as a Senior Help Desk Technician, Senior Service Desk Analyst, Desktop Support Specialist, or Junior/Mid-Level Systems Administrator who wants to join a growing organization with excellent benefits, annual bonus potential, and long-term upside through company equity. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, applications, and end-user technology Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 issues Support Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Perform Active Directory administration including users, groups, permissions, password resets, and account access Support Entra ID / Azure AD user and access issues Handle Microsoft 365 user administration, licensing, mailboxes, and distribution groups Troubleshoot hardware, software, application, and workstation performance issues Support new-user setup, onboarding, offboarding, and workstation deployment Troubleshoot VPN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and general connectivity issues Support printers, docking stations, monitors, mobile devices, and other peripherals Install and configure software and hardware Work support tickets from initial issue through resolution Escalate systems, network, or security issues when appropriate with clear documentation of troubleshooting already performed Work directly with users at all levels of the organization Must-Haves 5-7 years of professional IT support experience Strong Windows desktop support and troubleshooting experience Strong Microsoft 365 experience Hands-on Active Directory experience Experience with Entra ID / Azure AD Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, and general network troubleshooting Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work through issues independently Professional communication skills and experience supporting end users Must be able to work onsite five days per week Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening Must successfully pass a credit check, including no collections, judgments, or recent bankruptcies Compensation & Benefits This position is being added due to company growth and comes with a strong overall compensation package, including: Annual 10% performance bonus Equity award / stock options Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to join a growing organization with long-term career advancement potential Nice to Have Experience with Intune, Windows Server, Group Policy, PowerShell, Azure, endpoint management, or similar Microsoft technologies is a plus. Pay:
$65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
