Job Description
IT Support Analyst
- Summary Crown USA, Inc.
- Responsibilities o Diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving technical issues with computers, networks, and software o Providing technical assistance to end-users via various channels including text, phone, email, and remote sessions o Installing, configuring, and updating hardware, software, and operating systems o Setting up new users and managing permissions and access to company systems and applications o Assisting users with technical training to enhance their proficiency with software and hardware systems o Conducting routine checks to ensure company IT related systems are working properly and secure o Design queries for SAP database to meet the data needs of SAP users o Create and/or modify Crystal Reports for internal as well as "customer and vendor facing" documents o Other duties as assigned • Minimum Qualifications o Accomplished understanding of operating systems, software applications, hardware, and networking o Proficient in SQL server queries and all Windows based applications o Dynamic self-starter with excellent verbal and written communications skills o Excellent attention to detail o Strong organizational and time management skills to handle functional workload and multiple priorities o Ability to act independently and within a team as needed o Ability to organize workload, set priorities, work well under deadline pressures, and adapt to change o Strong listening and presentation skills o College Degree in relevant field o 3+ years of experience • Preferred Qualifications o 5+ years of experience in relevant field o Experience with SAP/SAP applications o Experience with Crystal Reports o Experience working in batch process manufacturing o Experience with SalesForce o Experience with AI tools and AI deployment •
Job Type:
o Full-time- Monday
- Friday, 8:00AM
- 5:00PM (some weekends, nights) o Some travel
