Description We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer - ENT to support the delivery and ongoing performance of energy management solutions for customers in Kennesaw, Georgia. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can balance technical support, customer communication, and careful coordination across clients, contractors, and vendors. The role requires strong judgment, organized documentation habits, and the ability to work independently while aligning with supervisory direction.

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support for energy management solutions, helping customers resolve issues and maintain reliable system performance. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and external vendors to keep service activities moving forward and aligned with expected timelines. Manage service requests from initial intake through resolution, including phone and email communication, status updates, and follow-up. Create and maintain clear records, reports, and procedural documentation using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. Review customer needs and technical details to help plan work, improve service workflows, and support efficient delivery outcomes. Offer guidance and training to users or stakeholders on processes, tools, and support expectations when needed. Work independently on assigned tasks while keeping leadership informed of progress, priorities, and any issues affecting delivery schedules. Support process execution by researching issues, verifying specifications, and helping ensure work is completed according to defined procedures. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in customer service, customer support, or technical support roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear and detail-oriented phone and email correspondence. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to organize documentation, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate records. Experience working with vendors, contractors, or external partners in a service-oriented environment. Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently under supervision. Comfortable learning procedures, presenting information clearly, and supporting user training as needed.
