Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-line support for desktop hardware, software applications, printers, and other employee technology tools.
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and general end-user computing environments.
- Assist with the operation and basic support of virtual machines, including work within Hyper-V-based environments.
- Prepare, configure, and deploy workstations while setting up user access and accounts for new or existing employees.
- Monitor and address service desk requests in a timely manner, prioritizing incidents to minimize disruption to business operations.
- Route more advanced or specialized technical problems to senior IT team members when additional expertise is required.
- Provide clear, detail-focused assistance to staff across the business, including senior leadership and executive-level users.
- Perform foundational troubleshooting related to network connectivity, computer hardware, and system performance issues.
- Maintain accurate records of support activity, documenting reported issues, actions taken, and final resolutions.
