Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide dependable technical support for site personnel in Norcross, Georgia. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving day-to-day technology issues, supporting end users, and maintaining a stable desktop environment. The role will focus on hands-on assistance across hardware, software, user accounts, and workplace productivity tools while helping keep support processes well documented.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee incoming support requests through ticketing platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, or similar systems, ensuring issues are tracked, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Diagnose and resolve desktop and laptop issues in Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments, including operating system, connectivity, and general user support concerns.
  • Monitor remote site technology using network management tools such as Meraki and respond to alerts or service interruptions as needed.
  • Coordinate support for printers, copiers, scanners, and card readers, working directly with vendors when escalation or maintenance is required.
  • Administer user accounts and access permissions through Active Directory Users and Computers, including account updates and basic user management tasks.
  • Provide application support for business software such as Adobe products and other company-used platforms to help employees remain productive.
  • Assist users with email and messaging issues through Exchange Admin Center and support Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Create and maintain clear knowledge base documentation to capture troubleshooting steps, common solutions, and support procedures for ongoing team use.
