Technical Support Technician Description:

Duties:

Monitor production systems and process performance Troubleshoot and respond to production issues Collect and report production and process data Support process adjustments and operational improvements Maintain accurate documentation and records Communicate issues and updates to engineering and leadership teams Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements Support team production goals and shift operations

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED Strong computer and troubleshooting skills Comfortable working with data, systems, and production equipment Basic Microsoft Office skills required, knowledge of SQL a plus Tech-savvy individuals encouraged to apply Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable wearing required PPE for extended periods Manufacturing, technical support, or operations experience preferred If you are ready to grow your technical career with a company that values safety, teamwork, and reliability, apply today!
