In this role you'll play a key role in ensuring clients have a seamless experience using their HR software platform. You'll be the go-to resource for answering questions, troubleshooting issues, coordinating training sessions, and helping users get the most out of the system. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new technology, and making a direct impact on customer success! Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm Location Kahului, Maui Pay $23 to $27 an hour, Based on Experience Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email. Provide exceptional customer support and troubleshoot issues related to our HR software platform. Manage and respond to incoming service requests in a timely and professional manner. Assist clients and employees with navigating web-based HR tools and applications. Process new hire timesheet activations and maintain accurate user access records. Coordinate and schedule software training and demonstration sessions. Maintain demo account payroll data to ensure training environments remain current. Create and distribute system announcements and notifications. Activate and deactivate user access for clients, managers, and employees. Update and maintain online forms, bulletins, and portal communications. Collaborate with team members to improve customer experiences and support processes. Perform additional administrative and support duties as needed. Qualifications 2-3 years of related customer service, administrative, technical support, or office experience required. Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping others. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Comfortable learning and working with new software and technology platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently. Quick learner who can understand and communicate new concepts with confidence.
